It’s #avomonday and what else to have for lunch than #avotoast Also, yesterday I cooked the chickpeas and made my weekly batch of hummus from scratch. Such a difference! I had gotten so used to canned chickpeas that I had forgotten there is actually a difference… Toast 1) Quark/fresh cheese, avo rose and chives Toast 2) Hummus, avo, pistachios and cayenne pepper. Everything sprinkled with sea salt and drizzles of hemp seed oil! Hope everyone has a great start to this new week!
