It’s a day of writing for me with plenty of deadlines to work through, so naturally I’m starting with something filling and smothered in nut butter . Usually by the end of days like this, I’ll have the jar and spoon at my desk to see me through – one of my top stress remedies , although I’m also dabbling a little in meditation these days to keep anxious thoughts in check. Definitely an acquired skill I’m working on but I find it helps so much – that and minimising time scrolling on social media.
