Celebrating spuds . My hands may be decent at writing and cooking, but gardening is not a talent they possess. However, potatoes were the one thing I’ve had halfway success with. As a result, naturally we ate a lot of them when I was growing up . My Mum used to make her ‘special potatoes’ and, though not the most intricate thing to grace the kitchen, they definitely left an impression. Tonight I found myself really craving those crispy morsels and so I’ve put my own twist on them with the addition of miso and a splash of firey chilli. Simple yet incredible ❤️.
