1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoon unsalted butter
6 ounces shrimp, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 teaspoon FlavorGod Garlic Lovers
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cup cooked rice, preferably a day or two old
80grams cubed ham
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
Black pepper to taste
Green onions, to garnish
3 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon mirin
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon FlavorGod Garlic Lovers
1/8 teaspoon FlavorGod Dynamite
Juice of 1/4 of a lime
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
In a nonstick wok, add oil and butter over medium heat.
Add shrimp and garlic seasoning.
Cook for 3-5 minutes and remove from the wok.
In the same wok, pour in the eggs and scramble them.
Once they are fully cooked, add rice and ham.
Use a wooden spoon to break up the rice.
Gently fold everything and cook for a few minutes.
Add back the shrimp and the frozen peas and carrots.
Pour in the sauce and gently fold until incorporated.
Continue to cook for another 5-8 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
