When I workout in the afternoon I love having a big lunch a few hours beforehand to give me all the energy I always have a base of greens because I love finishing my meals on a light, fresh note (and I feel like I don’t get post meal sadness because when I finish all the good stuff I still get to chew omg who else does this?! ). Also FT sweet potato, parsnip, zucchini, turmeric chicken, avo & beet sauerkraut (#gutgainz ). I love making healthy food look pretty because it makes you WANT to eat it, and then you realise how great it makes you feel so you want to eat it again and again Sidenote – currently watching all the Bridget jones movies….yea….I’m having ‘that’ sort of night
