What’s the most difficult food you’ve ever worked with? This is probably the most difficult food I have ever worked with so far mochi waffles! They’re so light and airy, they have the tendency to slip and slide plus, they go stale preeeetty quickly. But they’re so easy to make!
Just pop a block of dry mochi in your waffle iron and cook until crispy. It’s like eating a chewy rice cracker ☺️ you can top it with anything you like. Sweet or savory I topped mine with #nicecream, drizzled with chocolate and some cherries on top
