Today’s lunch got me like ??? I decided to mix n match a few things and ended up with this – two eggs, cinnamon baked sweet potato, rocket, avocado + sesame seeds, radish and sauerkraut for those #gutgains? At the moment I’m trying to have 1 teaspoon of sauerkraut with lunch and dinner, what are you guys doing for your gut health? ??
