There has been a lot of bread silence here, but transitions and beginnings hardly ever are easy. After two months of efforts and throwing away half of the bread every bake I’m finally able to take everything I make to the farmers market with me. We’ve been through a lot: shit flour, broken walk in, bad oven, stupid baker… Lots of Learning opportunities, as one would said ;) My set up isn’t perfect – I hand mix my breads and bake them in a dutch ovens three a time. It’s a pain in the ass, but it is What it is. Im So happy I could start baking straight away, so no complains.?just saying : ) Hope the worst is behind me and for now on Ill be slowly walking the path of organic growth. #caławmące #realbread #ladybakers
