The perfect breakfast for tomorrow: a fruit platter with some lime chia dip! New blog with this easy “recipe”. Well…I do the “” because it’s basically just stirring chia seeds with fruit juice and then cutting fruits in smaller pieces. But non the less, here it is (link in profile). My body thrives on getting some healthy, whole food, plant based carbs after a long night of fasting. Chia seeds for some healthy omega 3, fiber and proteins and I’ve given my body the best start I could possible give it. And seriously, doesn’t this look amazing??!!! Well I think so at least, some delicious plant power right from Mother Earth to my table. Thanks dearest mother ! ☺️☺️
