The best thing about a bank holiday is having an extra brunch opportunity. I’ve been going out for brunch a lot recently but today I’m back in my kitchen whipping up some of my celeriac rostis to pair with smoked salmon, avocado and fresh dill. This also goes really well with the aubergine bacon recipe on the blog if you’re not so keen on fish. Anyone else celebrating an extra lazy(ish) day by feasting at home? ❤️
