Recipe:
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 tbs maple syrup ( more if you prefer sweeter )
Fresh vanilla bean or high quality extract
1 1/4 teaspoon grass fed OR regular gelatin
Directions: Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until gelatin is fully dissolved. Pour mixture through a strainer, into desired dish/dishes & place in the fridge for 5+ hours! Top with lime / cantaloupe / lime basil leaves for a very light & refreshing snack or dessert!
