Strawberry and Cream Pink Sago Jars… perfect for brunch or dessert. I’ve layered the jars with a mixture of crush walnuts, coconut flakes and a small amount of plain biscuits, fresh strawberries, whipped cream @bullafamilydairy mixed with some strawberry yoghurt, the sago itself has been simmered in water and some pink colour added, drained and then mixed with a strawberry infused syrup and a splash of coconut cream. Add some edible flowers and paper thin chocolate bark with sprinkles and you have a really pretty girly dessert, brunch – maybe even dinner! Any questions, ask me below xx
