Second and third course of our 7-Courses of Beef: lemongrass grilled beef and beef fondue. Both cooked on the table, then wrapped in rice paper with fresh Vietnamese herbs and pickled carrots and daikon. Additional sound effects are from my silly cubs. They like to mess with their mama bear. Lol I’m going to miss them so much when they head back to their colleges next week. #vietnamesefood #bo7mon
