Rise and shine Whatever you do remember to bring yourself into present moment. I find when I am fully engaged with present moment, people around me, smells, sounds and other sensations I feel happy and peaceful. Usually it’s only minds that make a problem into a problem. It overthinks, analyses, making us doubt and worry. But present moment is usually perfect. Ask yourself: “What is lacking right now?” For most of us nothing is lacking to the point of suffering at this particular moment. And if it does when our minds are present we can solve any problem. Feel good today.
