RASPBERRY AND PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BLISS BALLS Bliss balls are my favourite snack! They’re so easy to make, they’re great for all you meal preppers out there and they’re a great grab and go snack too Recipe:
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 cup pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 scoop @ldn_muscle raspberry ripple whey
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1 tbsp coconut oil
Chuck all of this into a food processor and process until it is a stickyish consistency. Form into balls and freeze for at least 2 hours I leave these in the freezer and just take them out as and when I want one Ideally, you should let them defrost for about 5-10 mins buuuuuuuuut I’m not gonna lie, I never do that I’m too impatient Enjoy your evening and I’ll see you at breakfast
