Pineapple Chicken / prepped (like beer can chicken)⠀

Inserting whole pineapple into the cavity of chicken made for the juiciest chicken ever! Flavor wasn’t compromised by the pineapple either, just gave necessary moisture for the cooking process.⠀
1 (2 to 3-pound) – whole chicken⠀
1 – pineapple , cut to size of beer can⠀
2 tbsp – Flavorgod No Salt⠀
1 1/2 tablespoons – Flavorgod Pink Salt or Garlic Salt⠀
2 cloves – garlic, smashed⠀
1 tbsp – olive oil / or cooking oil or melted ghee butter⠀
1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.⠀
2.Wash chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Completely dry!⠀
3. In small bowl Mix oil, and minced garlic. Brush or rub mix on chicken.⠀
*Optional(Added step:Gently peel skin away from chicken and rub some of the mixture into meat of chicken)⠀
4.Cut pineapple to the size of beer can. (video on my ig page, last post)⠀
5.Place chicken, open end down, over the pineapple to insert pineapple into the cavity. Place chicken, standing up, in large saute pan or baking sheet.⠀
6.Place chicken in the oven for 15 minutes and then lower temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for another 1 hour, or until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
