My whole grain malted rye bread. Still very fresh as I baked it couple of hours ago, but it has another day to get ready for the farmers market tomorrow. I significantly pushed the hydration and crumb got so much more moist and tender. I love all my breads, but making this one is a very special pleasure. #ryehigh #caławmące #rye #wholegrain
