Lunges, like squats and deadlifts, are essentials for training your legs effectively.
I love doing them with the weight on my back since big dumbbells make it harder for me to balance.
If you don’t already have lunges in your program I would suggest you try them out, they really strengthen your legs and glutes and help to build a good base. You can do them without any additional weight first and then slowly add some over time. ☺
