Living on the Great South Bay on the south shore of Long Island, we love going crabbing for blue crabs. I love to eat them even more! My favorite way to cook them is simmered in tomato sauce with lots of garlic and some crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat. Perfect served over whole wheat linguini (or yes, you can have them with zucchini noodles), but they’re also great served with some crusty bread for dunking into the sauce. —@skinnytaste #skinnytaste #thenewhealthy
