Heading to the big apple I fueled up on fruit and chia pudding before my flight. This was one of the first non-dairy snacks I learned to make and I still think it’s super cool I’ll only be in the city for a day/night but would love your recommendations
Recipe (3-4 servings):
1/2 cup chia seeds, 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (I love coconut or cashew milk!), 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla – Mix and let sit for 20 mins (or overnight in the fridge for a yummy breakfast to go in the morning!)
