Last night I made a batch of sweet potato black bean and kale quinoa Buddha bowl! To carry through the weekend and have more free time. It’s so good. There’s also carrots, poblano peppers, tomatoes, celery, red onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, jalapeño pepper powder and sea salt in there.
