Juicing is my favorite way to boost minerals and vitamins on daily basis. It’s like taking a supplement but it’s natural, fresh and really works, without any side effects.
I’m still teaching the boys to have some, Travis is doing very well, it’s hard to convince him at first, yet it always turns not as hard as it seems at first. Troy is still on the NO for green juice but he likes carrot juice, so green goes to his smoothie. I keep trying and I know that one day he will join and with time he will love it.
Green juice: apple, celery, parsley, ginger and lemon
Red juice: beetroot with stalks, no leafs.
Orange juice (not ): just carrots
