It was 70 degrees in February, and now we get a snowstorm. Every morning when I wake up, I have no idea how to dress. But at least chocolate oatmeal is good hot OR cold
Five Minute Chocolate Oatmeal
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
sweetener if desired
Combine all ingredients and cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. When it starts to bubble, stir occasionally. Sweeten as desired.
