I’m in love with my Instant Pot (electric pressure cooker), especially for making eggs (they peel so easy!). I make a batch of hard boiled eggs on weekends to use throughout the week and make a few some soft boiled eggs to eat right away. To make perfect soft boiled eggs, I set the eggs on a rack then pour 1 cup water in the pot and cook on high pressure 3 minutes.
