If you’re wanting to have a healthier week this week, the best thing you can do is get your veggie on! Veggies are LOADED with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants so they form the basis of most of my meals. And nope.. this doesn’t mean throwing some lettuce in a bowl and chopping up a tomato .. it means getting creative with different flavours and combos so that you enjoy your food (because that’s the most important thing) It means mixing up your veggies each week so you don’t get bored and also so you’re building up a variety of beneficial bacteria in your gut #guthealthobsessed Whenever I go grocery shopping I always focus on getting loads of greens, some starchy vegetables like sweet potato, parsnip and pumpkin as well as loads of herbs and spices to make the veggies booming with flavour What are your fav veggies right now?! Mine change daily I swear haha but today it’s purple sweet potato, zucchini aaaaaand leak! #veggiesarelife
