Honey Pistachio Shrimp

1/2 pound – Shrimp (raw, shelled and deveined)
1/2 cup – pistachios
1/2 tablespoon – garlic (minced)
chives for garnish
1 tablespoon – butter
2 tablespoon -Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon – Honey
1 teaspoon – @FlavorGod Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons- oil
1/2 tbs – ginger
1. To Make honey sauce; add Dijon, oil, honey, #FlavorGod cajun seasoning, and ginger in a bowl, then mix with fork or whisk till blended together in a thick sauce like consistency. Set aside.
2. Heat up wok or pan. Add butter and shrimp to pan. Cook and stir around shrimp and pistachios for 5 minutes.
4. Shrimp should be almost done cooking. Now add minced garlic and honey sauce and cook for one minute.
5. After about 6 minutes shrimp will be cooked and resemble a “C” shape.
Take off heat place shrimp over rice and garnish with chives.
