I made croutons with the leftovers of yesterday’s flatbread. So simple to make and you can do it with any quality bread like ciabatta or brioche. Simply break the loaf up into small bite size pieces, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes at a medium to low heat (turn regularly to achieve an even browning).
