He brought me peace. He said that no matter how it looks it feels even better, so good that no picture can describe. When we were at the playground and he would jump from one ring to the other I said if I could do it I would come all the time. He said something that touched me. He said if he couldn’t do it he would come and try to just do one until he can do it. In the evening he told me that he’s constantly moving. Even if it’s not a big practice I can just do something. I work on a standing desk when I edit my photos, so I started editing and dancing. It felt so good.
It’s little things and repetition that bring progress. All of us want progress fast but it’s the journey to enjoy not the result in itself.
It’s little things that make a big change. A kind word to someone going through moments of fear, a good book recommended at the right time, a promise to remind me of my light when I’m doubting it.
