HAPPY FRI-FRICKIN-YAY woken up full of energy. may have fallen asleep at 8pm last night. yolo. but it’s friday. . it’s a beautiful day. . we have so much to be grateful for. . “there’s no past and there’s no future, all there is, ever, is the now” whatever kind of week you’ve had, whatever plans you have for the weekend. . just enjoy the now. where you are. what you’re doing. who you’re with. life can feel rushed, overwhelming, busy. . if you find it difficult to be in the ‘now’ just try + find one part of your day that you can really focus on + appreciate what could that be for you today?
I love taking the time to be mindful with food.
