Guys I’m actually really liking switching my morning oatmeal to chia pudding !! I find it to be filling but light at the same time? And I love that chia seeds are a nutrition powerhouse so I know that I’m starting the day off on the right note I use about 45g, that seems to be the right amount to fill me up but try whatever works for you! I then cover in almond or coconut milk and give it a big stir (so that the chia seeds don’t clump together) and refrigerate for an hour✨✨ So good!! And and great for anyone who’s in a rush in the morning because you can make it the night before What did you all have for brekkie this morning? Let’s share some ideas!
