FOOD REHAB. Maybe it’s time for you to make a change. Maybe it’s time for you to swap out those eating habits that are making you feel lethargic, sluggish, achy, in pain, constantly sick, unhappy with your physical appearance, and adopt a plant-based, fruit and veggie focused lifestyle. I have learned that changing eating and lifestyle habits doesn’t happen when someone tries to force information down you. I found my own inspiration and did my own research, and when I finally had that AH HA moment , I was able to jump right in. I hope that I can be a light and an inspiration through my photos, actions and words for you, so that you can see just how beautiful and beneficial this lifestyle can be.
