Carrot Cake Oatmeal (hold the oats!) This is a raw vegan breakfast bowl that totally reminds me of carrot cake. The base is blended bananas (3) with cinnamon, vanilla powder, 2 dates and 1 chopped apple mixed in. The toppings are 1/2 c fresh grated carrot, raisins, ground chia and more cinnamon! It’s mostly fruit and full of fuel to start your day! (Walnuts would be yummy in here too…but I only had pecans.)
