CALORIE DENSITY! It’s a big deal. The #1 reason people fail on a low-fat, plant-based, whole-food lifestyle is because they don’t eat enough calories. If you’re going to eat a significant amount of fruit, it’s important to include more calorie dense fruits like bananas, persimmoms, figs, dates, mamey sapote, white sapote, cherimoya, sapodilla and of course jackfruit. @tarakemp_ and I are working on an article to make this all much more clear.
