About those Steak n’ Veg Kabobs
The grilled baby bellas were a hit ! but those big cubes of ‘Sirloin’ were a pleasant surprise. Tender mid-rare juicy with a nice beef flavor. Sirloin is such a lean cut, I don’t use it often. I’m all about the FAT ! but… I guess it doesn’t hurt to go lean every now n’ then and it worked great for skewers… easy to cube and not a lot of trimming.
Any thoughts on Sirloin ?…
